Alyssa is excited to be a new member of the Club Pilates team; and she looks forward to helping clients heal, tone, and become more in tune with their bodies. When not teaching pilates, you can catch Alyssa performing with local dance companies in San Diego and choreographing for Carlsbad Dance Center's competition team. In her free time she likes to practice yoga and play with her adorable dog named Missy.
