  • Aromatherapy Massage

    From the moment you experience the synergistic combination of essential oils and herbal formulas, you will feel the powerful effects. The fragrant aromatic extracts, derived from herbs, flora and other plant life, not only stimulate the senses but have added therapeutic benefits: calms body and mind, boosts mood, promotes sleep, immunity, energy, etc.—all effects we expect while partaking in a massage.   • Hawaiian Lomi-Lomi Massage

    This Bodywork includes a wave-like rhythm of hand and forearm massage to knead out fibrous deposits, stimulate blood flow, flush toxins and relieve muscle spasm. The focused long, seamless strokes glide from one part of the body to another, Lomi-Lomi massage can soothe the mind while easing tension in the muscles. These rhythmic, repetitive movements allow the client to fully relax during the session.

  • Hot Stone Massage

    Coastal stones, heated anywhere from 120° F to 140° F alongside exotics oils help the massage therapist ease into the muscle tissue at a deeper level while applying less pressure to the muscles, thereby avoiding any resistance by the muscles to lock up or resist the work. The extra warmth provides faster therapeutic results and deep relaxation. Almost anyone can benefit from heat helping to relax muscles, but those with high amounts of tension, muscle knots, or lactic acid buildup after exercise can benefit most as heat can increase blood flow and provide muscle tension relief.
