Oceanside has been great to work with. I've been dealing with the same manager for years now, Lara Doronzo. I couldn't ask for a better property manager who handles all my tenant needs, communicates them back to the owner, and arranges for the work to be done. Thanks Lara for all your care.

As an insurance professional that works in HOA risk management, I've been extremely satisfied with Property Advantage, and in particular, Larissa Renwick. Property Advantage is an excellent property management company and their staff is superb. I have had several problems located in the common areas over the past 10 years. Within a few days the problem was corrected and I was very happy with the results. Furthermore, I have worked directly with Susan Wiese on several items and she has been an absolute pleasure to work with. She is intelligent, efficient and a real problem solver. Property Advantage is fortunate to have her.

She was the best accountant there
I have had a few bad experiences, but then I had a chat with Bonnie Anderson at accounting. she was the best accountant there, she took the time to explain everything I needed to know. In a hectic week she was the saving grace in it all. Thanks Bonnie I'll be sure to tell everyone how much it meant to me that you took time to help me.

She handles everything with the utmost professionalism
Our community has employed Property Advantage for our HOA Property Management Company and Nicole Norman is our manager. She is very efficient and very helpful when I call her regarding any issues with our community. She handles everything with the utmost professionalism that is why I rated her with a five star rating. I look forward to having Nicole Norman be our property manager in the years to come.

I would recommend Property Advantage
I recently used property advantage to find my new home. I was very satisfied with the service i received from the assistant property mananger Laura Rivas, she was very understanding and helpful with everything i needed, and helped me get into my apartment in a timely fashion! I would recommend Property Advantage to my friends for there property management needs.

I would highly recommend this company
Property Advantage is the property manager for our homeowner's association. Our manager Susan Wiese is very helpful and prompt with matters with our HOA. She is knowledgeable and a great asset during board meetings. I would highly recommend this company and Susan for other HOAs.

This is the best apartment complexes I ever lived in, the management olive/Sarita is great and the service for repairing is great as well. It's a very Peaceful area, neighbors are polite The property manager Sarita is a great manager ,all ways helping when there's a problem with the apartment. I'm a very happy tenant

Professional Community Association Manager, well versed in all aspects of HOA management. Excellent manager dealing with many aspects of our complicated community. I would recommend Property Advantage to any HOA. Susan Wiese has been excellent.

Excellent property management services
The personnel at Property Advantage have provided me with excellent property management services. I am fortunate to have such professionals looking over my rental property and recommend them to others looking for a stellar organization and service provider. Even though I live locally, it is nice to have a good company manage the property for me so that I am not bothered by things such as minor repairs, etc.

Happy to recommend them to both owners and renters
We worked with both Sylvia and Tara at the Carlsbad office. They were professional and responsive throughout the showing and lease process. Our landlord chose to use Property Management for the screening and rental process only; not the ongoing management so I can't speak to that. What I can say is they worked diligently and I believe they were an honest broker between the owner and ourselves. Happy to recommend them to both owners and renters.

Julie was great at helping me get into my apartment
Julie was great at helping me get into my apartment. She was willing to discuss changes with the landlord like putting in a ceiling fan and allowing me to paint an accent wall if I wanted. This company has a cool website that allows you to pay rent online with reoccurring payments which is helpful for people like me that forget when the first of the month rolls around.

She really works hard for the residents
Our property manager here at olive is great! She has turned this property around! She really works hard for the residents and try's to understand we work pay check to pay check. Since this property has been under new management, Sarita has been though a lot. But she keeps a smile on here face while these residents beat her down due to changes out of her control.

He was very kind.
After writing my previous review, the owner of Property Advantage called me and talked with me about the issues I have had since moving in. He was very kind and is making sure I will be reimbursed for the extra hour I had to have movers at my house due to the lock on the garage. They have been prompt with all my maintenance requests as well. We'll see how things progress as our year long lease progresses and ends!

I highly recommend this property management company to anyone
I called one of their managers, Julie Dong, on a property I found listed and she called me back almost right away and was unbelievably helpful. The property I had called on was already leased but she showed me two other properties one of which I just ended up leasing. She honestly bent over backwards to help me in anyway she could and I am beyond appreciative for all she did for me. I highly recommend this property management company to anyone! thank you Julie!

Its a relief to know that we rent from a company that cares about its residents.
My fiance and I worked with David Cohen in renting an apartment in Talmadge. David met me to look at the apartment, was on time, helpful in answering all my questions and prompt in responding to messages. The property is very clean and peaceful
I am very pleased with my new apartment at Olive street apartments. The property manager Sarita is awesome. When my husband applied for the apartment there wasn't any available units at the time, but Sarita kept in touch with us and got us in a unit within a month. The property is very clean and peaceful. This is a great place to stay. Our upgraded unit is a plus.

I love the new apartment that she moved me into and everything was very clean and repaired when I moved in. Julie is always available on phone or email for any questions or concerns.
