We are very satisfied with our water filtration and what we like best is the ability to drink from any faucet. The ads are simple and to the point and we appreciate the annual inspections to keep my system running properly.

I researched four different types of whole house water systems.
I researched four different types of whole house water systems. Obviously the systems were not the same but, of course, they all may claim to sell their product. I finally chose Kevin Worsfold’s "One Water Systems".. He was the only one who didn’t bash other companies and knew more than all of them about water, pipes, appliances, clothes and, of course, the system itself. It’s not a water softener…

Everything went well
Everything was great. Kevin, the owner, was very knowledgeable and professional, and he did a great job of installing the system. I really appreciated that he didn't disparage other companies in my search to find a company for the work. Everything went well. They followed through on their commitments, did a good job with the installation, and we're extremely happy with the product. It was a very good experience. The company had excellent customer service and did a great job with the installation. We're quite happy with the new system.

I’ve been VERY happy with this system.
I like having clean, tasting water..it’s easier to clean things. The ads are good, that’s how I found out about One Water Systems. The annual inspections are a great idea, too! I feel better knowing I don’t have to figure out if it works or not! I definitely recommend to others..Our rashes have cleared up, skin and hair looks better. I Love saving money on bottled water..(plus holding a glass under the sink weighs a lot less than a 5 gallon jug!)…I’ve been VERY happy with this system.

The best.
Kevin, the owner, spent a lot of time with me explaining how the system works. Juan did a good job of installing the water system (neatly done) and then showing me the difference between the water I had before and water using the One Water System. Amazing! Everything went very smoothly. I must add that it is very important for me to be dealing with people who are kind and helpful, people who enjoy what they are doing. This I found with those who work for One Water System. Need a water system? I highly recommend this company. The best.

I highly recommend the company.
They installed an electric water conditioning system which doesn't require the use of salt. Everything has been going well. It was a bit pricey compared to a regular water softener, but it has significant advantages. They did a great job with the installation and have been servicing the system like clockwork. We're very happy with the system and would highly recommend the company.

We are very satisfied with our water filtration. We like the soft clothes and the dishes are shiny and cleaner. It’s good to see the ads in the local flyers and coupon books and it’s good to know the system is being checked yearly. We recommend to others..We’ve had a great experience and good tasting water!

On time and was quick
Install a whole house water filtration system. The estimate was given by the owner of the company, and included a 10 year warranty. I liked the fact that I was able to have a face to face meeting with him vs. meeting with a sales person. I had done my homework so I knew I wanted this type of system, & an approximate cost. His price fell in the middle of what I expected. I was able to schedule installation one week from the day I met with the owner. The day of installation, Juan showed up on time and was quick, efficient, and very nice. It is so nice to have water that tastes like water and not chlorine, and doesn't leave white hard mineral deposits behind! I would recommend both the system and the company.
